Acquisition of the Land at Walford Bridge in Wimborne

We are delighted to report we have now completed the acquisition of the Land at Walford Bridge in Wimborne on behalf of retained clients following the successful grant of planning.

The planning permission achieved is for the demolition of the existing open air car sales and motor repair workshop and replacement with a stunning new development of 27 quality apartments for the elderly.

Construction has now started at this wonderful site in the heart of Wimborne with a completion of build scheduled for 2018.

The development will comprise luxury retirement apartments together with a sumptuous owners’ drawing room and guest suite. There will be secure, gated car parking and beautiful landscaped garden areas. A concierge will be on-site Monday to Friday and every apartment is fitted with a 24 hour emergency call system. Some apartments will boast stunning views over the River Allen. The development is ideally located only a short walk from Wimborne’s historic town centre, boasting a wealth of history as well as shops, restaurants and other amenities.

A huge thank you to all those involved. For further information about the site please feel free to contact us.

In the meantime, if you would like to discuss how we can help you in the sale, acquisition or promotion of your development land, please do not hesitate to get in touch. We’d love to hear from you!
