Acquisition of Land at Shaftesbury, former ATS Garage

We are delighted to report we have now completed the acquisition of land at Shaftesbury on behalf of retained clients following the successful grant of planning.

The planning permission achieved is for the demolition of the former ATS garage and replacement with a stunning new development of 28 quality apartments for the over 60’s, including communal facilities, access, car parking and landscaping.

The site is ideal for independent retirement living, located near the high street and local amenities and within a few minutes walk of the Shaftesbury Abbey Museum and its beautiful gardens.
