Acquisition of land at Spyway Orchard

We are delighted to report we have acquired land at Spyway Orchard on behalf of our clients, Aster Homes.

The site will make way for 28 family homes, 8 of which to be a mixture of 3 & 4-bed detached houses and the remaining 20 to be a mixture of 2 & 3-bed semi-detached houses.

This rural exception site sits next to an area of outstanding natural beauty in the pretty Dorset village of Langton Matravers. These much-needed affordable family homes will be just a short walk to the famous South West coastal path. Next door, is the historic Langton house, formerly Durnford school, whose former pupils include Ian Flemming.

Outline Planning Permission Secured in Okeford Fitzpaine

We are delighted to report we have now secured outline planning permission for the construction of 27 family houses in the beautiful North Dorset village of Okeford Fitzpaine.

We will be delivering the majority of these for social housing, on behalf of and in partnership with our housing association client, providing much-needed affordable homes for the local community.

With rural views of the surrounding countryside, these family homes are all within walking distance to the popular village. There will be ample parking and each dwelling has its own garden area.

Acquisition of Land at Shaftesbury, former ATS Garage

We are delighted to report we have now completed the acquisition of land at Shaftesbury on behalf of retained clients following the successful grant of planning.

The planning permission achieved is for the demolition of the former ATS garage and replacement with a stunning new development of 28 quality apartments for the over 60’s, including communal facilities, access, car parking and landscaping.

The site is ideal for independent retirement living, located near the high street and local amenities and within a few minutes walk of the Shaftesbury Abbey Museum and its beautiful gardens.

ACQUISITION OF LAND AT LITTLEMOOR

On behalf of Aster Communities, one of the south’s leading housing associations, Priestfield Land and Development are delighted to announce the acquisition of the land at Pemberley on Louviers Road in Weymouth.

In the popular suburb part of Littlemoor, the approved scheme will deliver 58 affordable family homes, with a mix of 2, 3 & 4-bed houses and some 1 & 2-bed apartments. With plenty of space for parking and private gardens, these will make for exceptional family homes.
