Land in Puddletown acquired on behalf of clients

Priestfield is pleased to announce the acquisition of land to the rear of the high street in Puddletown.

Acquired on behalf of clients, the site will make way for 7 3 & 4-bed family homes,  5 of which will be detached houses and the remaining 2 will be semi-detached.  The site plan includes details for a new access road as well as parking and garages for most.

Puddletown is a small, attractive village close to Dorchester, with plenty of history and aesthetic qualities. It is our belief this scheme compliments the village well and will be a great addition to the local area.
