ACQUISITION OF LAND AT LITTLEMOOR

On behalf of Aster Communities, one of the south’s leading housing associations, Priestfield Land and Development are delighted to announce the acquisition of the land at Pemberley on Louviers Road in Weymouth.

In the popular suburb part of Littlemoor, the approved scheme will deliver 58 affordable family homes, with a mix of 2, 3 & 4-bed houses and some 1 & 2-bed apartments. With plenty of space for parking and private gardens, these will make for exceptional family homes.

This project has been over two years in the making and we’d like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all those involved in its success. We look forward to the positive impact these new homes will bring to the area.

ACQUISITION OF LAND AT SPYWAY ORCHARD

Following the successful grant of planning, Priestfield Land and Development are delighted to report the acquisition of Land at Spyway Orchard in the beautiful village of Langton Matravers in Dorset, on behalf of our retained clients, Aster Communities.

Set overlooking an area of outstanding natural beauty, the site will deliver 28 much-needed family homes for the area; of which 22 will be designated as purely affordable homes for local residents. As ever, we extend a huge thank you to all those involved.

ACQUISITION OF THE LAND AT KEYHAVEN ROAD, MILFORD ON SEA, HAMPSHIRE

We are delighted to report we have now completed the acquisition of the Land Keyhaven Road on behalf of retained clients following the successful grant of planning.

The planning permission achieved is for the demolition of the existing engineering building and adjacent bungalow and replacement with a stunning new development of 8 family homes.

Construction has now started at this wonderful site in the heart of the village with a completion of build scheduled for 2019.

The development will comprise a mixture of 8 detached and semi-detached properties each with either 3 or 4 bedrooms, ensuite bathrooms and garages or off-road parking.  The development is ideally positioned right within the heart of this attractive seaside Hampshire village with its wealth of history, boutique shops, restaurants and other amenities.
